Bonds for Rooms
All tenants must pay a refundable bond of $700. Bonds are refunded at the end of the tenancy so long as the room is cleaned, undamaged, and keys returned. All tenants must purchase a mattress protector for their bed at a cost of $20 for a single or $25 for a double. This can be kept by the tenant upon vacating.
The tenancy is intended to last for 28 days or more, with a requirement of 48-hours notice to vacate.
Bonds for Garage or Shed Units
All tenants must pay a refundable bond for a garage or shed additional to their room bond which is $50 for a shed or garage. Bonds are refunded at the end of the tenancy so long as the garage/shed is cleaned, undamaged, and keys returned.
Please note that we do not have credit card facilities. Eftpos & Cash payments are available.
Garages and sheds may only be rented by current tenants paying for any of our bedrooms onsite.

Furnished with a single inner sprung bed, bedside cabinet, small fridge, desk, chair, built-in wardrobe, and hot and cold running water.

Regular $280 per week, Larger $300 per week for one person
Features all the modern amenities of a Regular room, with the addition of a private bathroom and shower in the room.
